Conditions for a new fire

This is not a prediction that a fire will happen. It describes how dry, hot and windy it is, and how much there is to burn. Almost all fires in Algeria are started by people, and no satellite or weather model can see that. A VERY HIGH reading means that if a fire starts, conditions favour it spreading quickly.
