I built 7ARESS to help my fellow Algerians stay safe, and to be a tool for prevention rather than news after the fact. Every dataset shown here is public and free — fire detections from NASA FIRMS, satellite imagery from Copernicus and ESA, weather and air quality from Open-Meteo and Copernicus. The platform is free, has no accounts and no advertising, and is not an official authority: in an emergency call Civil Protection on 14 or 1021.
7ARESS supports awareness. It does not dispatch help and is not operated by any Algerian authority. In an emergency, always follow Civil Protection and local authority instructions.
